Through this RFPQ the London Police Services Board intends to establish vendor of record lists (each a “VOR List”) of prequalified architectural firms that will be eligible to participate in Second Stage Procurements planned to be issued during the Term for architectural services related to each of the Projects, as described in this RFPQ.

For each Project the London Police Services Board will require the services of an architect which will include (but are not limited to) programming and planning services, schematic design, design development, detailed costing for all construction and project costs, construction documents (drawings, specifications, etc.), procurement (including the preparation of procurement and construction contract documents), construction contract administration, progress payment certification, and closeout.
