Notice of Cancellation

Pursuant to the terms of the solicitation, the London Police Service Board (LPSB) hereby
issues formal notice that RFP 25-1 – Request for Proposal for Engineering Consultant
Services for HVAC Upgrades to LPS Headquarters is cancelled in its entirety.
Following an internal review, the LPSB has determined that material revisions to the scope
of work are necessary to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with project
objectives. As a result, the current procurement process will not proceed to award.
LPSB intends to develop and issue a revised solicitation under a new RFP. The new RFP will
be posted on Bids&Tenders.
All submissions received in response to the cancelled RFP will be closed without further
evaluation and considered complete.
Proponents are advised to monitor Bids&Tenders for the release of a new RFP. No
additional information will be provided until the new solicitation is published.
