This Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) is an invitation by the London Police Service Board (“LPSB”) to experienced SAP SuccessFactors implementation partners who are interested in participating in a subsequent request for proposals (“RFP”) to be issued by the LPSB.

LPSB intends to issue the subsequent RFP to procure the services of an experienced SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner to implement the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management system for the London Police Service (“LPS”). The implementation will be performed in phases, and the successful proponent will collaborate with the LPS team to ensure the implementation is managed through the system development lifecycle, to advise the team on industry standards and best practices, and to provide recommendations for process improvements.

SAP SuccessFactors implementation partners that are interested in participating in the RFP must, as a condition of participating in the RFP and obtaining access to the LPSB Confidential Information:

1) Download the NDA from the Portal;

1. complete the NDA by filling in all blank spaces;
2. sign the NDA by a duly authorized signing representative(s). If the respondent is a joint venture, each party to the joint venture must be identified and must sign in the manner appropriate to that party; 
3. scan their completed and signed NDA in Adobe PDF readable format. The name of the file should contain the respondent’s name and the word “NDA”; and
4. upload their signed NDA electronically to the Portal at:

   2) Signed NDAs must be uploaded to the Portal BEFORE February 9, 2026. Only those respondents that complete and submit a signed NDA before the deadline will be invited and entitled to participate in the RFP.
